If you are curious about yoga, this class is for you! Yoga is for any body and everybody. Explore yoga in a safe, fun, relaxed environment.
We’ll take it nice and slow. Learn basic postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and relaxation and meditation techniques. Come explore, play, and move in a supportive environment.
