Poetry Off the Page with Robin Hall
Chatham Community Library‘s Poetry off the Page (POP) is an open mic event celebrating and sharing the words that move people. Poetry enthusiasts are invited to share their own work or any piece that moves them. Attendees are asked to arrive at 6:30 p.m. for poetry creation stations including blackout poetry, post-it note poetry, a haiku poster, and art-inspired poems. The open mic will begin at 7:00, and each reader will have 5-8 minutes to perform.
Robin Hall holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from Vermont College of Fine Arts. Her debut picture book, The Littlest Weaver, will release Fall 2023 from Familius, an imprint of Hachette Publishing. She teaches creative writing and yoga to all ages.
