IT’S ALL ABOUT THE STORY, Vol. IX: Jaki Shelton Green

The artists of the Hillsborough Gallery of Arts respond, in their own mediums, to Hillsborough poet and North Carolina Poet Laureate, Jaki Shelton Green’s book, Breath of the Song, from Feb. 14 through March 26. Opening reception, Friday, Feb. 24, 6-9pm. Reading in the gallery by Ms. Green on Sunday, March 12, 4-6pm. Located at 121 N. Churton Street Hillsborough, NC, the gallery is owned by 21 local artists featuring painting, sculpture, photography, glass art, jewelry, hand-crafted furniture, pottery, and fiber art. Winter hours: 10 am-6 pm Tuesday – Saturday, 12 pm-4 pm Sunday.
