Goldston Old Fashion Day

Celebrate the town of Goldston during its 34th annual festival by heading to Main Street and Bellevue Avenue to sample street food, shop for arts and crafts and listen to music from groups like The Dowdy Boys, The Plank Road Band and Crabtree Bluegrass Band. The event also includes a kids’ section with a rock wall, inflatables, hula hoops, face painting and pony rides.

Goldston Old Fashion Day, one-day street festival, features local arts, crafts, pottery, jewelry and live music. The event is in its 34th year, and will feature food vendors serving funnel cakes, shaved ice, polish sausage, lemonade, kettle corn, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken on a stick, ice cream, and more. Also featured will be a display of classic cars and tractors, plus craft vendors. The event has been a Goldston fall tradition for more than three decades. The town is 100+ years old and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Annual Goldston Old Fashion Day vendors include pottery, jewelry, wreaths, honey, candles, soaps, jams/jellies, mums, pumpkins, apples, face painting, variety of food, and ice cream. The Food Court is in the same location, with a covered seating area. Main Street will be closed to traffic from United Fire & Safety to old BB&T Bank. The old bank parking lot will have classic cars and trucks. C-Cape will also be on hand displaying their antique power equipment (tractors, engines, and more).
